The Event Organizer Exponaut OÜ (address: Tallinn, at Laeva 2, 10111 Tallinn, registry code 16067851, VAT ID no. EE102309052) is expecting to the SSD® Exhibition exhibitors from NATO countries and organizations, which work for and defend democratic values. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw any exhibitor from the event, who does not align with these values.
By paying the invoice for the use of exhibition area at Supply, Security and Defence Expo 2027 to the Organizer, Exponaut OÜ (address: Tallinn, at Laeva 2, 10111 Tallinn, registry code 16067851, VAT ID no. EE102309052), the Exhibitor undertakes to follow the Event-specific Terms and Conditions.
1. The Event is open to visitors in the Venue from 09:00-17:00 on 16.06.2027 and 09:00-17:00 on 17.06.2027, at the Exhibitor's area, which is agreed and listed at their invoices or relocated under mutual decision.
2. The Event Venue is located at: Ķīpsalas iela 8, Riga, LV-1048, LATVIJA.
3. The Exhibitor is obligated to keep one's booth accessible to visitors during the timeframe, defined in p. 1.; not to carry out mounting or dismantling procedures in this timeframe. The mounting and dismantling timeslots and conditions are given to Exhibitors by the Organizer at least 60 calendar days before the Event.
4. The Organizer is assigning partial performance of the event to one's validated Sub-Contractors (i.e. deploying additional services, like: transportation of exhibition items, mounting and dismantling decorations, renting of exhibition furniture, cabling for lighting or power supply, design, printing or decorating services). The Organizer advises Exhibitors in the use of the Sub-Contractors and makes their services visible at Exponaut's operated Self-Service Portal.
5. The Organizer gives one's consent to the Exhibitor, who has paid for one's Exhibitor's space to use one's EUIPO-registered word trademarks "SSD®" and "SSDEXPO®" for the Exhibitor's communication for promoting the event in all media channels. SSD trademark owner makes the asset available via it's brand-kit, accessible HERE;
6. The Exhibitor gives the one's consent to the Organizer to use one's trademarks (which the Exhibitor loads up to the Organizer's Self-Service Portal, according to Organizer's instructions) for promoting the event in one's own communication channels, in social media and bought media.
7.1. The Organizer will be entitled to an exhibition fee for the performance of the Subject of the Invoice(s) and possible additional partnership fees and payments for services, agreed between Exhibitor and Organizer in written.
7.2. The fees for exhibition areas will be paid on the basis of an invoices issued by the Organizer, within 14 days from the date of its delivery to the Exhibitor, to the bank account number of Exponaut OÜ, IBAN: EE847700771005326571, at LHV Pank;
7.3. In case of delay with the payment, the Organizer has the right to cancel the booking of the exhibition area, reserved to the Exhibitor or increase the price and change the location of the booth in the exhibition area.
7.4. The Organizer shall be solely liable for any obligations arising from the performance of the Contract as required by the law of the country in which it is registered, including tax obligations.

10.1. The Organizer shall be obliged to keep confidential from third parties all information about the Exhibitor and information to which they have gained access in connection with the performance of the Event. The information indicated in the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be any information that is not included in public records or is not publicly known, and the fact of its public knowledge is not a consequence of a breach of confidentiality.
10.2. The Exhibitor shall be obliged to keep confidential from third parties all information about the Organizer and information to which they have gained access in connection with the performance of the Event. The information indicated in the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be any information that is not included in public records or is not publicly known, and the fact of its public knowledge is not a consequence of a breach of confidentiality.
